Role of Ibexcode and Third-Party Services

Role of Ibexcode: Ibexcode acts solely as the publisher and developer of the Game. The company does not directly collect or store users’ personal data.

Role of Third-Party Services: Third-party services (Google, Apple, Firebase, AdMob) are independent data controllers for their respective data. These services collect, process, and retain data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Ibexcode does not control or intervene in the collection, processing, or storage of data carried out by these third-party services.

Ibexcode does not collect or store personal data directly. However, some third-party services used by the Game (such as Firebase or AdMob) may provide Ibexcode, via their management interfaces (e.g., dashboards), with aggregated, technical, or pseudonymized information related to the use of the application (e.g., crash statistics, performance indicators, anonymized ad data). This data is accessible solely for monitoring the proper functioning of the Game and does not allow Ibexcode to directly identify a user.

4. Types of Data Collected by Third Parties

The aforementioned third-party services may collect information such as:

  • Identification Data: Unique identifiers (such as device ID or user ID)
  • Log and Usage Data: Usage statistics, crash reports, diagnostic logs, etc.

Game saves are stored on users’ cloud storage spaces via Google Play Services and Apple Game Center. These saves remain available as long as the user does not delete them or reset their account.

Other data collected by third-party services (Firebase, AdMob, Google, Apple) is retained in accordance with the data retention policies of each service. For more details, please refer to their respective privacy policies using the links provided above.

5. Purposes of Data Processing

The data collected by third-party services may be used for the following purposes:

  • User authentication (via Google Play Services or Apple Game Center)
  • Tracking performance and crash reports (via Firebase)
  • Providing personalized or non-personalized advertisements (via AdMob)
  • Improving the user experience

When the Game is first launched, a consent banner allows users to choose whether to receive personalized or non-personalized ads via the AdMob service. This consent complies with GDPR requirements and Google Play policies.

Users can manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time from their Google Play or Apple account settings. No billing is handled directly by Ibexcode.

Game saves are generated by the Game and stored on users’ cloud storage spaces via Google Play Services or Apple Game Center. The Game can access these saves to ensure continuity of the user’s progress, but Ibexcode, as a legal entity, does not have direct access to this data or its content.

Responsibility of Third-Party Services

Third-party services (Firebase, Google, Apple, AdMob) implement robust security measures, such as data encryption and protection against unauthorized access. In the event of a data breach, these services are responsible for notifying affected users in accordance with GDPR. Ibexcode cannot directly notify users because Ibexcode does not collect or control this data.

This Game may contain links to third-party websites, including advertisements or promoted content. When you click on these links, you leave our application’s environment and are redirected to third-party sites. These sites are not under our control, and we disclaim any responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Game is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using our Game, you declare that you are at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use this type of service without parental consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a user under 13, we will promptly take the necessary steps to delete it.
